Functional features

The integrated production line combines feeding, stamping, translation and automatic addition of spacer paper, enabling rapid production and loading/unloading of products

The overall connection line adopts methods such as CCD photo positioning for feeding with pins, mechanical hand feeding and stamping on the press, module + guide rail to move the FPC, mechanical hand feeding and secondary stamping on the press, and automatic paper separator addition by the paper separator robot. The overall connection line reduces labor and saves time

The device is equipped with an MES communication system, which makes it easy to achieve online communication and enables remote control
