Functional features

Used for manual stacking and loading, it adopts CCD vision positioning to separate FPC from the spacer sheet, and loads onto the bonding press machine.

The docking punch press can achieve automatic feeding, improving production efficiency.

The CCD camera automatically feeds the material, eliminating the need for the original PIN mounting feeding table, saving PIN mounting time and improving production efficiency.

The camera on the device automatically recognizes the product QR code and can read the product information and upload it to the client MES system.
